This policy explains what personal data the Dashboard collects, why, and what your rights are under the GDPR. It does not cover crm.tsop.tech or other Tsop Tech properties, which may have their own data practices.

The Dashboard uses a cookie consent tool that lets you accept or reject analytics cookies — you can change your choice at any time via the cookie preferences control on the site. A session cookie for signed-in Pro users is set regardless of that choice, since it's required for the login feature to work at all (this is a "strictly necessary" cookie under GDPR/ePrivacy rules and doesn't require separate consent).
We use a small number of third-party services to run the Dashboard. Each only receives the data necessary for what they do:
We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Some of the services above may process data outside the EU/EEA. Where that happens, it's covered by that provider's own GDPR-compliant safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) as part of their standing agreements with us.
Login session data expires automatically after 14 days of inactivity, or immediately when you sign out. Subscription and billing records are retained in our CRM for as long as your account is active, plus a period afterward as required for accounting and legal purposes.
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to receive your data in a portable format. To exercise any of these, contact [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Cyprus Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection, or your local supervisory authority.
We may update this policy as the Dashboard changes. Material changes will be reflected here with an updated date at the top of the page.
